Dizzy Cow Pizzeria provides handmade, artisan, wood fired pizza from a mobile wood fired oven. Using excellent quality ingredients, hand stretched mozzarella, slow fermented dough, artisan meats and local produce we create a truly unique pizza unlike anything else. Each week 4-6 pizzas will be offered. Other seasonal wood fired non-pizza items will be offered, such as stuffed mushroom caps, stuffed squash blossoms, meatballs, roasted fruit with cream, etc. The weekly specials will highlight produce from local farms, artisan meats from local butchers and charcuteries, and cheese from local creameries. Using a traditional wood fired oven imparts delicious flavor as well as allowing an incredibly quick cooking time. 

 

We do farmers markets, festivals, private catering, special events, and weddings.
